There were many different types of
aircraft flown in our area. This is a small sample of what you could see in II
Corps.

This is an
Australian Air Force Transport Aircraft, I think it is called a
Guppy.
It turns out that this is really a Bristol Freightliner
built by Bristol Aircraft Company in the 1950's. The term Guppy seems to be a
generic name for aircraft that have been modified to carry oversize cargo. This
