Pay by Western Union Prepaid Services®
To make a payment using Western Union Prepaid Services you need to follow the following instructions:
Go to any Western Union Agent Location. (Find a local Western Union Agent)
Pick up a Prepaid Services form, it has a gray band at the top.
Once you have the form you need to know 2 things:
The Account Number is: TELEONE
(They may tell you that you need a nine digit number, but this is not true.)The amount you need to pay.
That's it, they will charge you only $6.00 to send your payment.
You will get a receipt that has our telephone number and a
MTCN# on it, this is very important!!
You must call us with your MTCN#, that is the only way we have to know
who sent the money.
We recommend that you call us right away, while you are thinking about it to
avoid service interruptions.
You may call 24 hours a day, our service will take your information after normal
business hours.
