Because the Infinity system uses T-1 digital-quality voice circuits and our operators have internet access, we are able to offer a level of service unequaled in the area. We would like to share some of the most important features with you:
True Unified Messaging
Infinity FirstLink makes it easy to get your messages by the
method that best meets your needs. You can choose from a
complete selection of call and message delivery options,
including E-mail (for both text and voice messages), paging,
fax, follow-me, voice processing and many more.
ePop
With internet connectivity, our operators are able to access
and provide information from your internet web site. Now this
very important information can be relayed to the caller. There
are a number of ways that this access can benefit your company.
eResponse
Many businesses process a high volume of routine e-mails
that request brochures, prices, or simply ask for further
information about products or services. Our new eResponse
software makes it possible for our operators to respond to
routine e-mails on your behalf. E-mail messages are presented to
the operator in the same way as live calls. The system maintains
a detailed record of each message and the disposition.
Coupled with your cell phone or other text messaging services,
you can acknowledge message receipt or give us additional
instructions for dispatching your messages.
eVoiceLink
eVoiceLink enables Infinity's text and voice messages to be
sent as e-mail messages. Text messages are displayed as text in
the body of an e-mail. Voice mail messages are translated into
.wav files and sent as attachments in an e-mail. Infinity can be
configured to automatically send your messages as they are
received.
Fax & E-mail Dispatching
We have always offered to deliver messages by fax as
well as the daily archive for your records. With Infinity
FirstLink we can also provide these same services and delivery
by e-mail.
Electing to receive your messages by e-mail allows you to access
your messages from anywhere you have e-mail access. This saves
paper and other fax supplies too.
Expiring Specials
If you ask our operators to temporarily change your message
dispatch instructions, that information is stored in a temporary
information area of our system. With expiring specials, the
special goes away at a prescribed time and your original
instructions take effect again.
Alpha Page Confirmation
Alpha page confirmation solves the nagging question, "Did
the client get this message?" without the client speaking to our
operators. Each alpha page gets a unique four digit number
appended to the message. Simply call a special message
confirmation number and enter the four digit number. Infinity
looks up the number and marks your message as delivered. It is
quick and simple and, best of all, there is no operator time for
the confirmation (and thus no additional charge).
Text to Cell Phone
Confirmation
For clients that receive e-mail messages on cell phones and
other wireless devices, we are able to use eVoiceLink to send
messages and eResponse to receive confirmation that the message
was received.
Follow Me Messaging
In conjunction with Infinity voice mail, your calls can be
directed to several different numbers, your pager or voice mail
- all controlled by you without operator assistance.
Automated Wake-Up Calls
Just tell us when to wake you and the number you would like
us to call. Our automated system will ring you day after day and
never forget. Alternately, we can send a message to your pager
to alert you at a predetermined time each day. Once we enter
your wake-up call into the system, it will continue until you
instruct us to make a change.
Change Status
In conjunction with Infinity voice mail, you can change your
status without talking to our operators. This requires a
recorded greeting placed on your account that plays when your
number is dialed. This allows you to forward your telephone
without speaking to an operator. Then you change your status in
our voice mail system. The status on your answering service
account changes as well. For safety, you then hang up and dial
your office number to confirm that the forward did take place.
On-Call Schedule
Our new On Call Schedule system keeps track of the correct
on call for each day and the current time. Just provide us with
an on call schedule weeks or even months in advance. We enter
your schedule into the system and our operators have the correct
on call information at all times.
Perfect Answer
Each of our operators can pre-record your answer phrase.
Then every caller will hear your answer phrase just the way you
want them to hear it
Message Archive
As our operators enter your messages into our system, they
are stored and archived. Every notation, dispatch attempt and
result is also noted. These records are stored in our system and
available for future reference as needed. Our daily archive of
messages provided to you by e-mail or fax is produced from these
records. In addition, we also make and maintain a digital voice
recording of every call. These calls are tracked using a unique
numbering system, without reference to account numbers or the
caller's name. A search utility allows us to locate your
recording as needed. These recordings are stored on DVDs and
maintained in a fire safe for future reference.
