Where Do The Locals Live?

Over the years the locals were collected and moved into secure areas.
Since many of these people were nomadic, their lives were changed for ever. They were allowed to venture out during the day to work in the fields. But only in the fields that were near by. All other areas were classified as free fire areas. A no mans land where your mere presences could cost you your life.
